shipping & returns

shipping policy

  • ​All orders are shipped through USPS.

  • Processing / Shipping times are estimated time frames. Processing could be faster or could be a bit longer on rare occasions.

  • Shipping is free

  • Processing time for bundles, closures, & frontals is estimated at 5-6 business days for fulfillment and shipment.

  • Processing time for wigs is estimated at 6-8 business days for fulfillment and shipment.

  • Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 business days (based on USPS shipping time from the East Coast of the USA). (In some cases, it could be up to 4 business days - e.g California)

  • Weekend or orders placed after 3 PM will not begin processing until the next business day.

  • Please be advised that orders may take longer than usual to be delivered during holidays, and due to changes in USPS hours, or inclement weather.

If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order with our shipping/delivery estimated timeframes in mind.

 

We do not offer expedited shipping and we will not cancel an order that has exceeded our 2 hour timeframe. 

Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders take about 8-10 business days before shipped (estimated time frame) 

  • Wholesale orders with Kinky Straight, Natural Wave, or Fumi Curl take about 10 business days before shipping as these textures must be created through our steaming process.

Tracking Number

You will not receive a tracking number for your order until it ships. When your order ships a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email we have on file.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We, unfortunately, do not take responsibility if USPS delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office.

 

USPS may take up to 24hrs to post tracking information after an order has shipped.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at admin@heavenlytingz.com. Provide your name and order number. If 2 hours has passed since your order was placed, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order.

COVID-19 POLICY:

Expect Shipping Delays due to Covid-19. We ship out all packages on time however, it may take the shipping company longer to deliver due to the pandemic.  We do not issue any refunds or accept returns due to these delays

return & exchange policy

Due to the nature of our products and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are FINAL SALE. We DO NOT offer refunds on any of our hair. Please be sure to choose the correct lengths, and textures PRIOR to checking out. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and it is our sole discretion to determine fault and proper course of action. All Hair must be in its natural state meaning no dye, chemicals, alterations, washing, combing, brushing, or unravel and cutting of the weft (unused and unworn).
